Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is often misunderstood - and often invisible.

It’s not just feeling tired. It can turn everyday tasks into something much harder, with impacts that aren’t always seen by others.

By sharing her story, Melissa is helping to build understanding of what living with chronic fatigue can really look like - and why awareness matters.

Her reflections are honest, insightful and an important reminder of the value of listening and believing lived experience.

💬 “The hardest part is that from the outside, you can still look mostly normal… they don’t see what it costs.”
