The Nebo Town Rural Fire Brigade has been running for many years supporting the township and surrounds. The brigade works closely with the Nebo Rural Brigade in supporting the surrounding farming properties when a fire emergency arises. The brigade is run by volunteers of the community and are always looking for more volunteers to help as being the transient community that Nebo is, we have members

that come and leave when the work is gone. We hold training sessions once a fortnight on a Tuesday night to support our members and their skills. The brigade shed is located at the Emergency Services Precinct at the corner of St Lawrence and Reynolds Streets.
