Introducing one of our wonderful new products to our toy library - Suction Kupz. We were able to purchase two sets, as well as many other goodies thanks to the rural and small rural town grant funded by the Department of Social Services and Toy Libraries Australia 💛

These little beauties are made from food grade silicone and are very open ended for all kinds of play possibilities. Stack them, roll them or suction them to just about any surface. They are also perfect for colour sorting and mixing. We used them for an easy water play activity - simply combining water, dishwashing liquid and a small amount of food colouring 💦

Introducing another new product to our toy library - Magnetic Tiles. This was purchased thanks to the rural and small rural town grant funded by the Department of Social Services and Toy Libraries Australia 💛

Magnetic tiles are a fantastic open ended resource for children. They provide endless opportunities for children to play while developing key developmental skills such as STEM skills, hand-eye coordination, fine & gross motor skills and imaginative play. The magnetic tiles have strong magnets which allow children to build tall structures that don't collapse easily. They are also fantastic for other kinds of play including DIY puzzles, colour sorting, exploring magnets and adding them to other kinds of play like small worlds or bookish play.
