Narrabri & District Community Aid Service Inc. -Ndcas The Narrabri & District Community Aid Service Inc. (NDCAS) is a community non-profit organisation that has operated in the Narrabri Shire since 1974.

NDCAS is a community managed non-profit organisation that provides an auspice for projects and programs and a platform for the development of services that address identified needs. NDCAS currently auspices:
• Narrabri Neighbourhood Centre
• Aboriginal Community Development Project
• Homeless Persons Support Team
• Youth Accommodation Team
• Isolated Family Service (including the Outreach Early

Intervention Family Worker and Narrabri Supported Playgroups Projects)
• New England Learning & Development Network
• Namoi Toy Library
• Namoi Family & Youth Support
• Wee Waa Toy library
• Wee Waa Centrelink
