Today we presented a cheque as a part of our Adelaide Hills Bingo Project to The Haven - Mt Barker in support of those affected by domestic violence in our local area. Thanks to everyone that joins in and supports this activity contributing to an enjoyable social event with all profits going to a different cause every month. Every Wednesday in Mt Barker and the 1st and 3rd Tues evening at the District Hotel Nairne Barn. Watch our social media for regular updates.

We're so proud to announce that today we presented our first donation to The Haven Mt Barker.

We've been saving all of our profits since we started Adelaide Hills Bingo in June 2025, and today we were able to donate a grand total of $1,833.21!

These much-needed funds will be used to get a qualified facilitator to support women in our community who are survivors of domestic violence.

A huge thank you to everyone who has played and helped make this possible! We can't wait to see what we can achieve for other charities in the future.

Its on tonight in the Barn at the District Hotel Nairne , eyes down at 7pm, have some fun, win cash prizes, and raise money for charity with all profits from this project going to a different charity every month. Also tomorrow at the CWA Hall in Mt Barker, eyes down at 1pm. See you there!

The Club has continued to be extremely busy involved with community activities and rejuvenating the Station and Cottage. President Deb was pleased to be able to donate a special gift on behalf of the members for the young lass that recently went through a traumatic experience at Woofside Park and presented the family with a voucher to Klose's Foodland - Nairne. Several members celebrated their birthdays and we all joined together at the District Hotel Nairne for dinner and had some fun with the "birthday cake hat". 10 members braved the cold rain and mud to plant some trees and other plants near the Laratinga Pavilion and cooked a sausage sizzle for others that joined in with the Council event. We are all getting excited as the Cottage kitchen is very close to being finished as a really lovely space for future activities. Bingo continues to gain momentum at the CWA Hall in Mt Barker every Wed, and every 1st and 3rd Tues evening of the month at the District Hotel Barn. All profits from Bingo go to charity. Dungeons & Dragons continues to be a favorite as well. Be sure to check the Upcoming Events pinned post for details of things happening and we welcome you all along.

The future is in everyone's hands, join us today at Laratinga Pavilion where you will find us hosting a free sausage sizzle and planting some trees with and thanks to the Council. Tree planting starts from 10 am with the sausage sizzle starting soon after, the activity is scheduled to 3pm weather permitting.
