Thank you to all those that joined us at Heart + Soul ❤️‍🔥

Although we weren’t able to raise the funds we wanted we had such a special day all round with one of the many highlights being this beautiful welcome to Country.

Mad love to all the artists, collaborators and most importantly the tribe that came along and made this event as special as it was.

After we’ve paid all the artists, we open up profits to grant applications.

If you are a creative, an indigenous-led initiative, or a community project that keeps slipping through the bureaucratic gaps - this one’s for you.

Applications open next week. Priority goes to the people and projects that rarely get a seat at the table.

This is what a values-led festival looks like in practice.

11am - 1pm: Heart Activation
Group process using contact movement and somatic attunement to dissolve the armour between you and others. Come as a stranger, leave as kin.

2pm – 4pm: Soul Activation
An experiential process using the body, the imagination, and the ridiculous - to crack through what the mask wants to stay hidden and be seen full power
