Our Pavilion is the home to many competitions and exhibits, including Farm Produce, Fruit & Vegetables, Horticulture, Preserves, Cooking, Fine Arts, Craftwork, Needlework, Home Brewing, Photography and displays from students from the local schools.

The Junior Showgirl regional final was held on Saturday the 7th of March at the Barn Steakhouse in Casino.

We were represented by Ava Kirby, who spoke beautifully and did our show proud. All the girls in the final presented themselves with grace and aplomb with the hometown girl Sam winning the regional award and Maya from Maclean runner-up. This week we will post a full profile of our Young Woman of the Year Jazmin Harris and the Junior Showgirl Ava Kirby.

We’d like to take a moment to recognise one of our longstanding supporters who has been behind the Murwillumbah Show for so many years.

Elfords Electrical incredible contribution goes far beyond sponsorship – they’ve generously given their time, working hours, maintenance support, and upgrades to help keep our Showgrounds running smoothly year after year.

It’s this kind of local dedication that makes the Murwillumbah Show what it is – a true community event built on teamwork, generosity, and pride in our town.

From all of us at the Tweed River Agricultural Society, thank you for standing by us through the years and helping us continue this wonderful tradition for our community.
