Kimmie is off to Melbourne next month for the Special Olympics Australia National Games to play basketball! 🏀

She's very excited about meeting new people, having fun and of course playing basketball.

Her parents will be travelling to Melbourne to cheer her on. This year is extra special as it's the 50th year of the Special Olympics.

We're very proud of you, Kimmie, and can't wait to hear all about your trip. Good luck! 💜

What an awesome morning for our Murray Bridge clients! 🏎️

They recently met some of their favourite Supercars drivers at the Supercheap Auto meet and greet. Tyson was excited to meet drivers he's watched on TV for years. Danny said it was the best morning he'd ever had, and David couldn't believe he got to see Craig Lowndes in person. 😄

Our Riverland Day Options group has been busy creating something special! 💜🎨

One of our talented clients, Charyis, drew and painted a beautiful tree on the office wall. The rest of the group helped bring it to life with handmade leaves, birds and flowers.

After two weeks of hard work, the project is complete and everyone is so proud of what they created. The group is already excited to get started on their next art project. 🌳✨

Our Adelaide Hills Day Options group had a great day at the Royal Adelaide Show last week 🎡

We loved catching the train into the city, seeing lots of animals, watching the wood chopping and going on the rides. The bumper cars were one of our favourites! 🚗

Our Goolwa clients had an awesome day out at the Royal Adelaide Show this week! 🎡🎠🐴 We had a great time checking out the rides and games, seeing the animals, and watching the horses. If you haven't been yet, this weekend is your last chance to visit the Show! 😄

For R U OK? Day we're honouring the memory of Mia, a Livit client whose creativity helped express her experiences and perspective. Through her artwork and poetry, she shared thoughts and emotions that can sometimes be hard to put into words.

Meaningful connection starts with noticing, checking in, and making space for honest conversations. We all play a part in creating a community where people feel seen, heard, and supported. 💛

Celebrating 10 Years with Mashuk at Livit! 🎉💜

For the past 10 years, Mashuk has been an important part of our Livit South Coast team. As a support worker, he's someone we can always count on, bringing kindness, care and a positive attitude to each day.

Mashuk loves helping people learn new skills, try new things and enjoy activities they love. He's built strong relationships over the years, including with Patrick, who gave him the nickname "Shooks" 😊.
