Despite the early 6.30 a. Start what a fantastic morning we have had down at the River this morning for the start of the 2026 Ski for Life event. Thanks to our members along with members from the Rotary Club of Murray Bridge we cooked and served around 420 egg and bacon sandwiches for the waters skiers and support crew . Over the long weekend they will ski from Murray Bridge to Renmark having fun, supporting each other and raising funds and awareness around Su***de Prevention.

The Rotary Club of Mobilong was delighted to be awarded the Event of the Year for the 2025 Bridge Bricks Expo at the Australia Day Ceremony in Murray Bridge The award was presented by Mayor Wayne Thorley and accepted on behalf of the club by Bronwyn Heard and one of our youngest family members Joseph . Other members were busy cooking bacon and egg sandwiches for members of the community
