Friday is Hub day at The Hub - At Darling Avenue!
It’s the last Hub Day for May and that means we will be celebrating birthdays! Thank you to the lovely Sue who makes the most delicious cupcakes for our birthdays each month. 🙏🏻🧁Pop your name in our birthday book if you would like to be a part of this.

We continue to be blessed by the generosity of the MB community.
Last week Roxanne donated some bags on behalf of the Rotary Club.

Today we received these beanies and socks from DVINA centre.
Thank you for thinking of us and for your generosity 🙌🏻💙🤍

All of the usual free fresh fruit and veg and free bread.
Our cosy FREE cafe is a great place to enjoy some company as well as a hot cuppa and snack of the day.

It’s almost Friday - that means it’s The Hub - At Darling Avenue day!

We are ever thankful for those at the heart of our Hub community - our wonderful volunteers 🙏🏻🙌🏻
💯% of the hours done are volunteer hours! We could not run without you guys!
From the Thursday setting up crew, to the Friday blue vest team, to the home gardeners who donate yummy produce and our own Hub garden team, the knitters and all others who give their time and skills to make our Hub community run, we say THANK YOU 🙏🏻 🤩🤗

What an amazing day we had last week celebrating our fourth birthday!
Our Hub community turned up in force and what a great morning it was.
It’s a great opportunity to say thank you to all of those who support the Hub.
Our volunteers are dedicated week in and week out making sure things are good to go.
And we love receiving donations that others are able to enjoy.
Last week the library knitters gave us some amazing knitted blankets and Bill and Marg came along with more of their hand made beanies which are perfect for this chilly weather.
Thanks too to Andrew Phelan whose music is greatly enjoyed.
Thank you all so much. Kindness and generosity are what makes the Hub work. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Friday is here again and so that means it’s hub day at The Hub - At Darling Avenue.

We’ve got a good supply of produce this week. Free fresh fruit and veg free bread and bakery products and low-cost pantry items.
Come and take as much as you need.

Cafe will be running again. There are lots of cozy places to chat and enjoy our free cuppas and free snack of the day.

Friday is just around the corner And that means it’s HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US at The Hub - At Darling Avenue!!
Our Hub community is 4 years old and this Friday you are invited to help us celebrate 🥳🎉🙌🏻

We will have all of the usual free products and low cost pantry items.

There will be live music and levelled up snack of the day in our free cafe - including cake 🎂

The weather is looking perfect as well ☀️
