The North Burnett Su***de Prevention Network (NBSPN) were honoured to deliver Christmas Hampers for its 7th year to families in Eidsvold, Gayndah and Mundubbera. Our hamper delivery this year was very generously supported by Community Bank Mundubbera community grants program and donations from Drakes Supermarkets and Coles.

Alongside our regular hamper delivery this hamper run NBSPN were proud to contribute to EDON Place Domestic and Family Violence Service Adopt A Family 2025 Campaign. With many women, children, and men in our region continuing to face domestic and family violence, homelessness, and financial hardship the Adopt a Family campaign connects those who wish to help with families who need a hand.

This will be the last hamper run for the NBSPN but our purpose to contribute to save lives, provide support and build resilience within our community will continue. In 2026, we plan to offer greater opportunities for connection through community BBQ’s, conversations with a cuppa, and other events.

We will also continue our fundraising through raffles and car boot sales around the district with money used to fund our connection events. If you see us out and about, we’d love you to stop for a chat.

Thank you to all who popped by today at the Mundubbera Baptist Church Markets to say gidday and support the North Burnett Su***de Prevention Network.

👏 Thanks to Annie and Chris for all your help in selling tickets and to our special helpers Luna and Bella.

🏆 Our Hundreds Board winner was Georgie Loakes who very kindly donated her winnings back to the Su***de Prevention Network.

🏆 Our Raffle winner was Ellen Wernecke.

We'll see you again at the Mundubbera Santa Fair on the 5th December. 🎅
