Our next 4‑Week Yoga Program - Nervous System Reset, begins on 6 June. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, dysregulated, or just craving a steady routine, this series was designed with you in mind.
Each week we move through a predictable, supportive structure that helps your nervous system feel safe enough to soften. Expect gentle strength, breath‑led movement, down‑regulation tools, somatic awareness, and a restorative sound‑supported close. Nothing fast, nothing forced. Just spacious, steady practices that meet you where you are.
This program is perfect for anyone navigating stress, anxiety, hormonal shifts, chronic tension, or simply wanting a calmer baseline in daily life. You’ll also receive a simple home practice each week so you can build your own toolkit.
If your body has been asking for a reset, a rhythm, or a place to land, this is it.
