The Grand Tour series resumes next week.
We move on from Jupiter and travel to one of the most photogenic planets in the solar system. We will explore how Saturn has been one of the most exciting places for space exploration in the last 20 years and will include the history of the planets exploration, the study of its rings and major moon discoveries which has rewritten textbooks on the potentially for life habitable environments.

Our first Grand Tour presentation begins this month.

The lecture series will follow a similar path of the Voyager spacecraft launched in 1977 to explore the outer planets.

We start off with the largest planet in the solar system. We will explore how Jupiter has been the centre of attention for space exploration and will include solar system dynamics, whether life exists in the Jovian system and the history of spacecraft voyages at Jupiter.
