Last night, we celebrated the incredible journey & successes of our visionary participants at the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, held at Ramada Suites Ballina. It was an unforgettable evening filled with inspiration, celebration, and even a few happy tears with 15 pitches and 15 visionary regenerative ideas, it’s clear our region is in great hands!

Congratulations to all who pitched, and a special mention to our winners:
• 1st place: uForage($2,500 + mentor masterclass with Saadi Allan)
• 2nd place: 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 ($1,250)
• 3rd place: 𝗢’𝗟𝗲𝗲𝗵𝗮 ($750)
• 4th place: 𝗥𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 (yes, the ideas were so amazing we had to add a 4th place! $250)

Last night, Business NSW hosted the 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭 community connection event for 2024 as part of the 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, and what a way to wrap up! Held at the breathtaking Plantation House at Tropical Fruit World, the evening was a celebration of the incredible momentum surrounding regenerative agriculture in the Northern Rivers.

We were thrilled to be an event partner with the Business NSW - Northern Rivers AI Tech + Innovation Summit held at Elements of Byron last week.

Such a jam pack day of great speakers and panel discussions exploring the profound impact of artificial intelligence and tech advances and innovation for business and society today.

The Casino Foods Showcase was a highlight, introducing Spot the Robot Dog from Boston Dynamics - an exciting demonstration of AI and robotics revolutionising the food industry (pictured below with Saadi Allan & Anne Stovin, Byron Community College RTO: 90013). The Casino Food Co-op formally (Northern Cooperative Meat Company) have been using AI before anyone knew to call it AI to help protect human beings in the workplace.
