Join us for Organic Landcare’s next Volunteer Day as we come together to restore and protect the beautiful riparian zone at Saltwater Creek. Every tree cared for and every w**d removed helps our local ecosystem thrive!

📅 When: Saturday, 10th October 2026 | 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Meeting Point: 156 Stuart Street (Mullumbimby Community Garden car park)
💚 Task: Green Cestrum follow-up & bush regeneration along the creek

What to Bring & Wear:
Long-sleeved shirt & long pants (for sun protection & scratch prevention)
Hat, gloves, water bottle & morning tea for our 10:30 AM break ☕🍎
Your favourite w**ding tools (if you have them!)

Note: First aid kit and extra w**ding tools will be provided on-site. Arriving late? Just give us a call so we can point you in the right direction!

🌿 CONFLICT RESOLUTION WORKSHOP 🌿

How we handle disagreements can make all the difference in a community organisation.

Mullumbimby Men’s Shed is hosting a practical half-day workshop for leaders, volunteers and committee members who want to build confidence in dealing with conflict, having respectful conversations and creating a positive, welcoming group culture.

Beth Gow from the Australian Men’s Shed Association will lead the workshop, covering:

• Understanding the causes of conflict
• Respectful and productive conversations
• Leadership and shared responsibility
• Tools to resolve issues early
• Keeping a welcoming culture

$25 including morning tea and a delicious, healthy lunch provided by the Mullum Organic Food Co-op.
