WHOOHOO!!! The 1 hour mini MAKE & TAKE CLASSES at International Cake Show Australia have just launched! We promised you'd be the first in the know. These classes are one of the most popular hands-on activities at the show. They're a huge hit with everyone, including families and the kids. They're such great value they sell out well before the show's doors even open EVERY YEAR!

If you're struggling in this economy and can't afford the incredible full day hands-on workshops and masterclasses at the show, these fun, skills based classes have been especially designed for anyone who is budget conscious or time poor. If you've always wanted to learn new skills, or to start your sweet creative journey, these classes are the perfect place to start. They're your opportunity to train hands on with a pro. Our Make & Take Mini Class teachers are multi award-winning cake, cookie and sugar artists.

These one hour classes are such incredible value, no wonder they don't last. The RRP of what you learn to make, create and take home is usually more than the cost of the class. These really are an incredible opportunity!

The Australasian Cake Oscar Awards are the most coveted cake decorating awards within our industry. This particular award is a SUPREMO AWARD, recognised world wide. It can genuinely change a cake decorators life. Each of the finalists have been set an enormous challenge. They are required to make a statement cake a minimum of 1 metre high in a very special theme. Their creations will be on display in the Haute Couture Marquee at the show. When you visit the show don't forget to visit the marquee and VOTE! You, will help select the winner, together with our global team of industry judges.

Brisbane baker Daniel Greensill from Dan's creative Cakes believes in dreaming big. This is Dan’s fifth time entering the Battle of the Sugar Giants at the show. This year his 7 year old daughter Gracie is joining in the fun. They’re building it together!
