We have been very fortunate grant recipients this year. You may have already spotted our flash new ambulant amenities funded through the Qld Hydro Grant. A huge thank you to Andrew Rooney and his crew for the installation, and to Michael from DBC Mechanical for the delivery 🚚

In late 2024, we received a Powerlink Community Grant to start refurbishing our cattle yards ( an ongoing project). Thanks to their support, we’ve been able to make the entry gates much safer for our volunteers feeding cattle into the camp.

And just this week, we received more fantastic news that we’ve been successful again with a 2025 Powerlink Grant to fund shaded grandstands!

All this… on top of rebuilding the poor old bar — 2026 is shaping up to be a busy one 🥳

What an incredible year it has been for the Mt Stanley Muster. We were fortunate to hold two successful events in 2025, and none of it would have been possible without the dedication of our committee, the generosity of our sponsors and donors, our fabulous truckers HLE Smiths, and our valued cattle donors.

Without these generous folks, our events simply couldn’t happen. We know many of our sponsors are called on by numerous events across the region, and we want it to be well known just how much we appreciate their continued support of our campdraft and our cause.

Each year, a portion of our profits is returned to another local community group or organisation, with the remainder reinvested into improving our grounds. Thanks to this year’s Novice Calcutta and run change fees, we are also proud to be making a donation to LifeFlight Toowoomba.

Please remember to thank and support the sponsors and prize donors who make weekends like this possible. Recommend them, shop with them, and help us support those who support us.
