We promote the Arts, Culture & Community Events & oversee the Mount Morgan Arts Precinct preserving our towns history for future generations. Historic Hall owned by the Mount Morgan community, and run by the custodians, registered charity, Mount Morgan Citizens Club Inc. It is used by community groups, and for private function hire. Thankyou to those who attended the Community Partnerships info sessions on the NDIS and training delivered by Mable and local partner, the Mount Morgan Citizens Club. We had a morning of informative networking, and had 3 people sign up for training (fully funded by Mable and delivered self paced online) and NDIS screening ($156 fees paid by MMCC) to enable them to work as disability support workers in the quickest possible timeframe. If you are looking to transition into the field, are a parent with school age kids looking for part time work, someone wanting to supplement their current income, or a jobseeker...this may be for you! Thankyou all for coming along last night, we hope you had fun and enjoyed the 80's trivia, prizes and great company. Congrats to our winning team and massive thanks to our last minute stand-in, but absolutely fabulous Quizmaster! We will be holding another one later in the year.
