PEYO Festival

PEYO Festival Peyo is a five-day gathering in a beautiful bush setting where we celebrate life, friendship and community.

PEYO is a private, non-commercial social gathering and camping soirée where we create the vibe through gifting & giving. PEYO does not have a market to buy food, drinks or stuff. As a community of friends, we all bring and prepare refreshments to share, and we all take ownership and create the festivities with activities, music & entertainment, decorations, costumes, and a generous spirit of participation.

To those of us making plans for PEYO 2025, here’s a few messages from a fellow Smurf re Peyo kitchen delights 🌟

We look forward to breaking bread and sharing food together. 🖤

A few details:

The camp kitchen is for communal meals . If there are provisions in the fridge they are for planned meals.

Please bring your esky and still be self sufficient, as not every meal will be communal. Things can happen organically, 🪄 so you can always wip up something and share around !!

Our menu is

Friday night - pot luck - bring a dish to share! 🍀

Saturday night - bring pizza toppings to contribute to the dungeon pizza experience 🍕

Sunday night spuds - 🥔 we have everything supplied, byo ant special hot sauce or condiments if you wish .

Monday night - bbq. 🍗 Everyone that is staying for Monday , bring a protein, and a salad to share, or a roll or 2. Peyo will provide some staples to make sure we are covered.

Jaffle station - 🥪 if you have a jaffle machine and you are happy to bring - please let us know . We will have some supplies , bread, cheese , tomato's , but as the weekend rolls on, bring some extra supplies to share and make a round for lunches or snacks .
