We celebrated our team who are the heart and soul of Boandik, at our 70th Anniversary Gala Dinner at The Barn last weekend. Five employees received awards after being nominated by their colleagues, focused on Boandikโs core values of ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐, ๐ถ๐ป๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐, ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐.
A special award โ the True North Award - was also given in honour of late Boandik staff member Timothy Riquier.

Following the passing of our beloved staff member Timothy Riquier at the end of July, an award was created in his honour - the True North Award. The name comes from navigation: while magnetic north fluctuates, True North remains fixed. This award recognises someone who acts as an internal compass, keeping Boandik grounded in its identity regardless of external pressure. They prioritise integrity and trust, reminding us of who we are at our core. Honouring Timโs values of Positivity, Humbleness, and Dedication, which served as a guiding light for all of us who knew and loved him.
