DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS – CASUAL.
Miroma Incorporated is a disability organisation, which provides support for people living with disabilities across the Limestone Coast. Miroma Inc is a local established disability service provider which has proudly served the community for over 35 years.

We are seeking to employ passionate, a motivated disability support workers, committed to empowering people with disabilities from children through to adults.
You will need to have experience or a willingness to understand the requirements of person-centred care, as well as confidence in negotiating some challenging behaviours. An expectation to work across a 7 day week roster. Included in this is passive overnight support.
You will be employed under Miroma Inc’s EBA Agreement which aligns with the Social, Community, Homecare and Disability Services Award, 2010.
Requirements
• Hold a current Drivers Licence – the use of your own vehicle is required.
• Hold a Senior First Aid Certificate
• Undertake a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Hold a current Certificate 3 in Individual Support or a willingness to undertake once employed.
