Big shout out to Hastings Rotary for a very generous donation towards our first trike (we still owe some money on it!!).

It is taking folk around the Westernport area as we speak.

We are getting access to their Thursday Hastings market for tin rattling and profile raising.

All good news.

A friend of mine got doored today falling into the road and missed being hit by the following car by millisecond. No serious injuries thankfully however the son of a colleague died in a similar incident.

The Dutch Door Reach is a technique for reducing the risk.

Please watch this video and share widely.

We had an enjoyable meeting with Hastings Rotary this Monday. What a great bunch of people serving our community.

We demonstrated the trishaw and a couple even dared to ride!!!!

I’m sure we will develop a good relationship with them…they have already offered us FREE access to the Hastings Thursday Market. I’m sure we will take them up on their offer raising awareness and hopefully some much needed cash. Perhaps even recruiting a pilot or two.

Hastings….see you soon.
