Mt Druitt Senior Citizens Club Rules

1. You must attend the club 26 times a year to be eligible for the Christmas dinner. Sickness is left to the discretion of the committee.

2a. You must attend the club to be eligible for bus trips. If you do not attend the club, you will be placed on the reserve list.

2b. New members must attend the club for a minimum of 4 weeks to be eligible for bus trips and to place their names on bus trip lists.

3. FEES FOR CLUB

$5 Joining Fee

$5 Annual membership fee (1st July to 30th June)

$2 Bingo & 5 cents per card

$2 Carpet bowls

$2 Line Dancing

BOWLS RULES

4a. You must attend the club 30 times during the financial year to be eligible to play in club championships and to represent the club in pennant and other events.

4b. Bowls Captain - Term of office for this position is three (3) years

5. GENERAL MEETINGS

Are held on the third Tuesday of the month at 10am

COMMITTEE MEETINGS

6a. Are held on the same day at 8:30am

6b. All committee members are required to attend a minimum of six (6) meetings per year.

7. AGM MEETING

Held on the third Tuesday in July. You must have all finances paid by the end of June to vote at the annual general meeting.

8. NOMINATING FOR OFFICE BEARERS

Nomination forms are put on the notice board one (1) week before the Annual General Meeting. Nominees must be in attendance at the AGM to be able to stand for office.
