Venturer & Rover Rock Climbing Camp – Mount Arapiles 

Venturers and Rovers, you are invited to join the Scouts SA Climbing Team for an unforgettable outdoor adventure at Mount Arapiles, widely regarded as the mecca of climbing in Australia. 

Rising dramatically from the Wimmera plains in western Victoria, Arapiles offers world-class rock, breathtaking views, and an incredible variety of routes to suit every ability level. Whether you’re building confidence on beginner-friendly top rope climbs or pushing yourself on more technical challenges, there is something here for everyone. 

Eligibility 
Registered Members of Scouts SA - Venturers and Rovers who have completed Vertical Stage 2. 

If a member is keen but has not yet completed Stage 2, please encourage them to book into our Onkaparinga climbing day on Saturday 11 April 2026: Link to Onkaparinga Booking
