If you’ve been around the QCWA for any length of time, chances are you have a jar or two (or more) of chutney sitting in the fridge! 😄
If you’re looking for some healthy and tasty ways to use up the rest of your jar, we’ve got a few ideas for you:
🥪 Spread it on a salad sandwich or wrap for a sweet and tangy flavour boost
🥕 Mix it with natural yoghurt to make a quick dip for veggie sticks or wholegrain crackers
🍗 Add it to a marinade or glaze for chicken or roasted vegetables
🥗 Stir it through a salad dressing with a little olive oil and vinegar
🧀 Pair it with cheese and wholegrain crackers for an easy snack
🍳 Add a spoonful to eggs or a breakfast wrap for extra flavour
Then, once the jar is empty, you will have space in your fridge for the next one! 🧡
