So it's the Christmas market at the Mossie Showground on Sunday, from 8.30am. More stalls than ever before with great gifts, Santa ready for chats with the kids (and your photos, Mums and Dads!).

Our Christmas market is at the Showground on December 21 - Santa will be there in the dining room for consultations and for you to take photos of the kids with him. And the local Firies will have one of the big red fire trucks there too!
Great food, lots of wonderful Christmas gifts! Not to mention the freshly made scones! See you there!

Our Christmas market is on December 21 at the Showground - Santa is coming and also the local Firies are bringing down a fire engine for the little guys to explore!! Come on down for great produce, Christmas gifts and photos of the kids having fun! Start time 8.30 am - grab an egg and bacon roll or a fresh scone with jam and cream! and all $ raised go to help people in need!

It's our Annual Changeover Dinner tomorrow night - where we welcome in the new Board of Directors for 2025/26. Rotary Club of Moss Vale raises the best part of $40,000.00 pa, distributed between people in need, youth programs like U Turn the Wheel, (young driver safety education), disaster relief, Polio eradication, and this year, also the local RFS.

Lovely day at the Moss Vale Rotary May Showground market yesterday, in spite of the dreadful weather! Our loyal stall holders soldiered on: Franceso and Margarita's wonderful pizza, Ivan and his treasures, Carol from Robbo potatoes (the best!) and Ben from Tara Distillery (great gin!!!) Come an see them all at the June market on the 15th!!

It's Rotary Moss Vale market this Sunday at the Showground! Over 30 stalls booked in, including Gozleme, pizza, pasta, fresh coffee, heaps of wonderful crafts and old wares, Garry and Brad's plants, Curly's compost and Robbo potatoes!!
A real country town market!! Not to mention Rotary's chicken and chips and freshly made scones with jam and cream!
Come on down and say g'day! and remembering all money raised goes back into our community to help people in need.

Contact us on [email protected] to book a stall - everyone had a really great time at the April market - there are plants, Robertson potatoes, Curly's compost, craft breads, and heaps of food, crafts and beautiful gifts on offer!

The Rotary Club of Moss Vale, The Rotary club of Bowral-Mittagong and The Rotary e-club of Brindabella, are combining in May, to host the annual MUNA (Model of United Nations Assembly) for our local high school students.
Year 10 and 11 students from Bowral High, Chevalier College, Frensham School, Moss Vale High, Oxley College, Southern Highlands Christian School and St Paul's International College, will participate in the debate.

Competing in this program helps to give the students self-confidence, as well as skills in public speaking, cultural awareness, working in teams, and listening. The student teams choose a country to represent and debate resolutions from the perspective of that country. The resolutions debated are similar to ones recently debated in the United Nations and the student teams develop an understanding of the workings of the UN, as well as researching the chosen country’s politics, geography, economics, finances and cultural beliefs.

Rotary International shares the United Nations ethos of working toward peace and addressing humanitarian issues around the world.

In past years Southern Highlands schools have been very successful at MUNA and our three Rotary Clubs are proud to sponsor our amazing young people, at this important National event!

Our annual charity Golf day at Moss Vale Golf Course, is coming up in September - here is Peter Hammon at a past Golf Day, setting up the car, which every year (a new one!) is the prize for a hole in one on the specified hole. He thinks those trews enhance his chances!!!! Contact us if you are interested in booking a team - it is a great day with breakfast, lunch, 18 holes, lots of competitions and fun!! ANZAC day at Moss Vale Services club was an emotional day. The school students were wonderful, including the address by Moss Vale High School's Angelina, who recently attended the Rotary National Youth Science Forum. President Ross Craig and Past President Roger Bayley laid our beautiful wreath, made by Roger's late wife, Jacqui.
