Our annual impact report is here, and it is truly a reflection of our vibrant Mosman community.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our activities, and especially to those who provided feedback this past year. Knowing that 98% of people felt more connected to the community and activities earned an impressive 4.9 stars out of 5 tells us we're on the right track. šŸŽ‰ What a fantastic Dementia Forum! šŸŽ‰

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our forum this past Thursday, it was a truly inspiring and informative afternoon with a wonderful turnout ā¤ļø

We were so lucky to have Dr. Jane Lonie share her expertise on dementia and capacity. She helped us understand that capacity is a legal thing, not just a medical one, and it's super specific to the situation and decision at hand.

Huge thanks also to the Seniors Rights Service, who gave us some awesome insights, especially surrounding self-advocacy!

It was wonderful to see such engaging discussions and hear your insightful questions šŸ™‚

We had a delicious taste of Sicily last Friday at the Mosman Seniors Centre. Ross Maio performed for us while we enjoyed a traditional Italian 2 course lunch.
Our theme lunches happen on the last Friday of every month (except March & April this year).
Our next theme lunch is Friday 30 May where we will be entertained by Flamenco dancers while enjoying Spanish fare.

On Friday 25th October we celebrated Oktoberfest in style at the Mosman Seniors Centre. We were entertained by Ross Maio on his accordian and indulged in a delicious lunch of Schnitzel, Potato Bake & Red Cabbage, finished off with an indulgent Black Forest Gateaux. Our next theme lunch is on Friday 29 November, a Mexican Fiesta Lunch with entertainment by Harp Virtuoso, Victor Valdes. Bookings are essential. 9978-4128.
