Is your little one born in 2019 or 2020? Come along and give basketball a go! 🙌🏀

Our U8 competition is a fun, friendly introduction to basketball — perfect for boys and girls wanting to learn new skills, make friends and have fun on the court! ⭐

🏀 Starts Monday 19th October
🏁 Runs through to Monday 30th November
🚫 No games Monday 2nd November due to the Melbourne Cup public holiday
⏰ 4:00pm sharp — please arrive at least 5 minutes before game time

🏀 2026/27 Morwell Basketball Squad Information Night 🏀
Our Squad Information Night is tomorrow night and we encourage all selected players and their families to attend.

This is a great opportunity to learn everything you need to know about the upcoming representative season, including:

🏀 Training and game details
🏀 Tournament expectations
🏀 Squad merchandise
🏀 Q&A session and much more!

We'd love to see as many players and parents there as possible. We understand that some families may already have other commitments, however, we ask that at least one parent or guardian attends if possible to ensure everyone receives the important information needed for the season ahead.

Congratulations to everyone who has earned a place in our 2026/27 squad teams. We are excited to see what this season has in store and can't wait to watch our athletes develop, compete and proudly represent Morwell Basketball.

We're still looking to fill a few remaining spots in the following squads:

🏀 U12 Girls
🏀 U14 Girls

If you've been thinking about taking your basketball to the next level, there's still time to get involved!
