We have installed a new Defibrillator at our rehearsal space, The Wings!

A HUGE thank you to Latrobe City Council for providing the grant to make this possible & helping us make our theatre community a safer place 🙌🏽

Latrobe Theatre Company is thrilled to announce Caleb McKenna as the recipient of the LTC Rising Star Award for 2026! ⭐

This was Caleb’s first production with LTC and he gave it absolutely everything!

Caleb consistently put direction into action, bringing that extra 3% of energy to his performance every single time!

He also topped our star chart, receiving the most stars overall, so it seems only fitting 😂⭐

Congratulations, Caleb! We loved having you as part of LTC's & Juliet and hope to see you back again soon 💜

From the social media girls cutting room floor 📸

Six months of having my phone out at rehearsals, backstage & everywhere in between means there was PLENTY that didn’t make the socials- plus some that did, just without the original audio 😂

So today I’m putting myself on blast for all the bossing around & cackling from behind the camera, along with some absolute nonsense the cast sent my way.

& Juliet nonsense, enjoy! 💜

Sometimes you just have to trust the process…

From rolling Romeo & Juliet around the rehearsal room on desk chairs to that moment under the lights ✨

Turns out the directing team knew exactly what they were doing all along 😅

Some very well-deserved love for the incredible musicians and voices behind & Juliet 🎶💜

On closing night, our cast formed a guard of honour for our phenomenal band, pit singers and Music Director Bek as they made their way to the pit for the final performance.

Night after night, they sounded absolutely incredible. The talent coming from that pit was something else ✨

Having them there with us every performance was such a huge part of what made this show what it was. Not just because every show needs an MD, a band & pit singers - but because it was them. 🫶🏽

They might have been tucked away out of sight, but they were a massive part of the magic you heard every night.

One final round of applause for the absolute legends in the pit 👏🎶💜
