On this day, we acknowledge and stand beside those who have had to leave everything behind in search of safety. Refugee Day is about more than awareness, and we recognise the incredible contributions refugees make to our communities
every day. Everyone deserves to live their lives in saftey, with dignity and with hope. Today we stand with refugees everywhere.

THE PUSH-Up Challenge – Week 2 Recap!

What an amazing second week of The Push-Up Challenge!

A huge thank you to everyone who continues to show up each day, push their limits, raise awareness, and support better mental health across our community. Your dedication and enthusiasm have been incredible to watch.

We're also proud to have 22 teams representing workplaces, community groups, families, and friends as they take on the challenge and support our mission of Pushing for Better Mental Health throughout the region.

📸 Keep sharing your journey!
Tag us in your posts or send through photos of your team in action. We love seeing the community come together and will continue highlighting as many participants and teams as possible.

Every push-up, every conversation, and every dollar raised helps support our purpose of a resilient and suicide-safe region.

You can still support participants and donate here:

Men’s Health Week is a reminder to check in on yourself and the men in your life, to talk openly about struggles, and to seek support when needed. Taking care of your wellbeing is a sign of strength, and no one has to face challenges
alone 💪💙

Taking time to pause, reset, and recharge is essential for maintaining a positive mindset and supporting your mental wellbeing. We encourage everyone to switch off where you can, rest deeply, and make space for the things that help you feel grounded.
