World Mental Health Day may have been on Saturday, but the message remains just as important today. Mental health matters every day of the year. Lifeline Gippsland joins the global community in raising awareness about mental health and the importance of wellbeing for everyone. World Mental Health Day is a reminder to check in on ourselves and those around us, to seek support when needed, and
to break the stigma around mental health struggles. Your mental health matters, and no one has to face their darkest moments alone.

Today, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the incredible team from Loy Yang B Power Station for their corporate volunteering days and ongoing support of Lifeline Gippsland.
We are incredibly grateful for the commitment and support that Loy Yang B continue to show. The impact of their contribution extends far beyond the tasks completed on the day. DV-aware is an interactive workshop where participants can learn how to recognise and respond to domestic and family violence and what they can do to help make a difference.
