Buckley, senr., had the misfortune to fall and again sever the tissues of her right thigh which she fractured about eight months ago. The Eurobodalla Shire President, Cr. Ken Mackay, in the presence of approximately 200 people, officially opened the John Kornfeld Memorial Y.M.C.A. Camp at Long Beach, six miles north of Bateman’s Bay. The Camp is in fifty-three acres of bushland, only two hundred yards from the beach, and accommodates one hundred and three people in fourteen concrete brick chalets. The land was a gift to the Y.M.C.A....
