Mount Shadwell Lodge

Mount Shadwell Lodge Freemasonry is the oldest and largest existing fraternal organisation in the world.

It comprises an estimated 5 Million members world wide with 14,000 in Victoria. Modern Freemasonry traces its organization historically to the late 17th century. Freemasonry offers members opportunities for self-development, mutual support, education and community service, with over 310 Lodges throughout the state. Its community based work, project partnerships and philanthropic activities contribute significantly to local and international causes.
