"Committee for Frankston and Mornington Peninsula chief executive Josh Sinclair said the stretch of freeway was the main entrance to Frankston City for most Melburnians and was in “an abhorrent state”.
"Basic works to clean up these signs, road barriers and graffiti really should be part of the Government’s routine work – not a critical election issue.'
