Calling all Bull Terrier lovers, book lovers and collectors of things that are just a little bit special… this one is going to be VERY hard to resist! 👀🐾📚
We’ve got five PAWsome pieces in this auction, including another very special addition to our Collector’s Series — and four wonderful books that each have their own story to tell. ❤️
🖼️ Framed Bull Terrier Artwork (32.5cm x 22.5cm)
This beautiful framed print has been lovingly upcycled from the highly sought-after 2023 Hazel & Nuts Calendar.
While the artwork remains the copyright of the incredibly talented Claudia Pick, she has very generously given permission for these calendar prints to be reframed and repurposed for fundraising purposes. We are incredibly grateful for her ongoing support of NSW/QLD Bull Terrier Rescue. 💜🐾
⭐ COLLECTOR'S SERIES ⭐
There will only ever be 12 of these exclusive framed artworks released, making each one a very special collector's piece for Bull Terrier lovers.
✨ This is Print 7 of 12 ✨
If you've been following our Collector's Series, you’ll know by now that these aren't just prints… they're becoming a 12-piece collection of Bull Terrier artwork that you simply can't go back and buy once the series is complete. 👀🐾
And this time, we’ve added something very special for the book lovers…
📚🐾 FOUR WONDERFUL BULL TERRIER BOOKS 🐾📚
All four books are pre-loved and in excellent condition, and each one has been chosen because it has something pretty special to offer a Bull Terrier lover.
📖❤️ MUTUAL RESCUE — Carol Novello with Ginny Graves
How adopting a homeless animal can save you, too.
If you believe rescue works both ways, this book is going to speak straight to your heart. ❤️
Mutual Rescue explores the extraordinary bond between homeless animals and the people who rescue them — and the remarkable ways those animals can change the lives of the humans who give them a second chance.
It is filled with real stories of rescue, transformation and the incredible connection that happens when an animal who needs a home finds the person who needs them.
For anyone who has ever said “I rescued them, but really… they rescued me,” this is a book you will want on your shelf. 🐾❤️
And let's face it… we rescue people who need rescuing too. 😉
🐾📖 A DOG NAMED JIMMY — Rafael Mantesso
Now this one is FUN! 😂🐾
Meet Jimmy Choo — a Bull Terrier who became the star of a wonderfully imaginative collection of photographs created by his human, Rafael Mantesso.
Rafael's clever photography and illustrations turn Jimmy into everything from a playful character to an unexpected superhero, creating a book that is funny, clever, quirky and completely unforgettable.
If you love Bull Terriers for their ridiculous personalities, their ability to make you laugh when you least expect it, and their talent for turning an ordinary moment into something completely bonkers…
YOU NEED THIS BOOK. 😂🐾
It's the sort of book you pick up for a quick look and then find yourself showing everyone else in the room. 👀
🐾📕 GRACIE, AN ENGLISH BULL TERRIER — Christy Osland
A Happier, More Fulfilling Life — A Bull Terrier's Story
And this one is for the Bull Terrier lover who wants something a little more personal.
Gracie is the story of an English Bull Terrier and the life, lessons and companionship that come with sharing your world with one of these wonderfully unique dogs.
Because anyone who has ever lived with a Bull Terrier knows they aren't simply a dog you own.
They're a personality.
They're a character.
They're your shadow, your comedian, your troublemaker, your best mate… and quite often the boss of the household. 😂🐾
This is a beautiful addition to any Bull Terrier lover's bookshelf and one you'll find yourself picking up again and again.
💔🐾 WHEN HARRY MET MINNIE — Martha Teichner
An Unexpected Friendship and the Gift of Love Beyond Loss
Now… grab the tissues. 😭❤️
If you only read one of these books first, this may well be the one.
When Harry Met Minnie is a true story about two Bull Terriers — Harry and Minnie — and the extraordinary friendship that develops between them and their humans.
It is a story of laughter and tears, friendship, heartbreak, healing and the incredible bonds we form with our dogs.
Minnie and Harry don't simply become friends — their relationship changes the lives of the people around them in ways nobody could have predicted.
And this is where the title says so much…
An Unexpected Friendship and the Gift of Love Beyond Loss. ❤️
It is beautifully written, deeply emotional and, yes… it may well have you reaching for the tissues. 😭
But it is also a story about love, hope and the extraordinary ways dogs can bring people together when they need each other most.
If you're a Bull Terrier lover, this isn't just another book about dogs.
It is one you will feel. ❤️🐾
