Calendar September.
Hi All, We are still in Morayfield for 6th September so hope to see you all there. Then the Morayfield Hall is out of action for the remainder of the year due to major works being conducted by the Council. So, the 20th Sept sees us in the Narangba Community Hall. We have used it in the past and it is very like the Morayfield facility, even if only a bit further south. It's pretty close to the Narangba Railway Station so you should all be able to find it easily enough. Head for your maps on your phone, the GPS (or the UBD for the oldies), and see you at Narangba on the 20th.

Calendar of Dates and Venues for the Healthy & Active Moreton's Wheelchair Dancing Classes for the remainder of this year - August to December 2025.
Please note that our usual Venue, Morayfield Community Hall, is scheduled for Maintenance and upgrade works during this period and will be unavailable after our 6th September Class.
We will be having our Classes in either the Narangba Community Centre (Main Hall) or Bray Hall Community Centre (Petrie), during the period that Morayfield is NOT available.
The list below gives all the information necessary regarding each of the alternative Venues.
Just to give you a little help with locations, Narangba Community Hall is close to the Narangba Railway Station and Bray Hall is close to Petrie Railway Station.
We will continue to post the Calendar prior to the beginning of each month as we usually do but, given the preplanning necessary for the majority of our participants we wanted to give you the full picture in advance.
Hope to see you at our Classes.

Calendar. Saturday
19th July Update - NO Dancing Classes today - the Orchid Socitey are in the Hall - please change to Saturday 26th July.
Hi again all,
Well here we are at the end of another month, so time for the July Calendar. We have also concluded the first Health & Active Moreton Program for the year, but don't stress as our classes just continue on the first and third Saturdays of each month. Hopefully we will be successful in being included in the next round of H&A, we will just have to wait and see.
We are also back in the Morayfield Community Hall, at least for sometime. The Hall was unavailable while Engineers cleared it for use - some structural issues with foundations from all the weather events earlier - but we are all good now. More information on Hall for the remainder of the year as the information comes to hand.
Hope to see you all on 5th and 19th July.

RESCHEDULE OF WHEELCHAIR DANCING LESSON FROM SATURDAY 07/06 - where we had access issues.
Hi Everyone,
CMB Council and Healthy & Active team have apologized for the misunderstanding over the access (key) for the Caboolture Hall. They have agreed to a 'replacement' for that class. - still within the current Healthy & Active program (finishes 15th July).
Now we have a class scheduled for
DATE Saturday, 14th June [next Saturday]
TIME 10:00 - 1:00 [our usual time]
VENUE Strathpine Community Centre
199 Gympie Road, STRATHPINE 4500
(Tom Petrie Room - main room)
Car Park access to the Centre is off Mecklem Street.
McDonalds is on the other corner of Gympie Rd & Mecklem Street.
Within walking/rolling distance to Strathpine Railway Station.
This NEW venue was the closest available suitable venue for Saturday 14th for us, so we are hoping that you will all be able to make it to the 'replacement' class.

I will send email/s and text/s also in the hope that I can notify everyone and you will be able to make arrangements for 14th for this rescheduled class.

Hope to see you all there. Jenny, Joan & Nakinna.
