Motown Community Shed The Motown Community Shed is a not for profit association in the town of Morawa, Western Australia.

We aim to improve the health and well-being of all members of our community by providing a safe space for people to come for a chat or come to make items.

Containers for Change, Morawa will be closed Saturday 4th of April 2026 for Easter.
Reopen again on the 9th of April 9am-12pm
From all of us here at the Motown Community Shed have a great Easter.

Reminder
Containers for Change closure this Saturday 28th March due to Cyclone

We will also be closed Saturday 4th April for Easter.

And closed again on the 25th April for Anzac Day.

We will open again Thursday 2nd April if our shed survives the cyclone.

Over $13k now :) 15 donors including a fab $2,000 donation just now from the Morawa Mens Shed who said "This is an important asset for the town of Moora and entire region. The Carnamah Big Tractor has proven to be a draw card and so will the Big Carnaby.
We are a Containers for Change Refund Point which allows us with the ability to give back to other volunteer organisations in our region and beyond, how can we not pitch in considering we will be able to see it as well." WOW :) Love it

With Cyclone Narelle tracking towards us we will be closed for safety concerns.
If we escape without damage we will reopen on Thursday.
