What a busy few days our brigade had! Despite the heat, our members were out and about! πŸ‘¨β€πŸš’

We started the lead up to the weekend with a couple jobs, including one early Saturday morning, before heading back to bed for a few hours sleep. We then had the privilage of joining Magic Cottage Moora for their emergency services day πŸš“πŸš‘πŸš’
It's hard to tell if the kids or parents had the most fun!

To top it all off, we got to round out our Saturday night with our friends St John WA - Moora and a cracker of a sunset with some fantastic racing at Moora Speedway.

Don't forget we're currently looking for new volunteers to join our team!πŸ’ͺ
Pop down any Monday night from 6pm at the fire station to see what we do!

Today's the day!
Santa is getting ready to lead the annual lolly run! πŸŽ…

Santa and crews are aiming to depart the station around 4:15pm and will head to the east side of the railway tracks first.

From roughly 5pm he will be to the south/ east of railway track and Dandaragan Street boundary.

Then after 6 we will be heading north of the river.

Listen out for the sirens to see if Santa is close to coming down your street.

We're all still operational, and if any incidents occur, we will need to respond but will keep this page updated πŸ”₯

It's that time of year again!
Santa is already starting to plan his journey around Moora! πŸŽ…πŸš’

Our mates at St John WA - Moora have beaten us to it this year, and started organising with the big man himself about where to stop and say hi πŸ‘‹

Let us know in the comments what streets you'd like Santa and his friends to visit, and we'll work with him and our neighbours next door to plan a route for Christmas Eve.

We'll provide some more details and times as we get closer to the day, but for now, mark Christmas Eve in your calendars as your chance to say hi to Santa and grab some yummy lollies! 🍭🍬

πŸš’ Community Spirit in Action! πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’¨

Our brigade had a fantastic time joining the St Joseph's Primary School's Army Lapathon alongside our fellow emergency services! πŸ’ͺ

It was great to see so many smiling faces β€” kids and adults alike β€” getting involved, having fun, and supporting a great cause.

A big thank you to St Joes for inviting us along and letting us be part of such an awesome event. We had an absolute blast! πŸ™Œ

We're incredibly greatful for the generosity of the Moora Post office and their continued support for our brigade and community πŸ‘¨β€πŸš’πŸ‘©β€πŸš’

With their initiative and gold coin donations for PO box checks, we've received a generous $80 to put towards our brigade, which couldn't have come at a better time as we head into the warmer months! πŸš’πŸ”₯
