The Baking Industry has long yearned for its very own Bakery Industry Trade Show… Whilst there are many wonderful trade shows already circuiting Australia there is nothing focused at, or designed for the Baking Industry. The first Annual Baking Trade Show was held in Melbourne in 2017. The idea of the Baking Industry Trade Show was to provide an industry specific and valued trade show and network,

designed specifically for the Australian Baking Industry, and the issues surrounding our industry. Every year our industry comes together, to share, learn and grow.

Ok this will be a very fun finish to the trade show on Thursday June 18 the great sausage roll challenge. Kiwis Vs Aussies and who better to help MC than an apprentice! Butcher! Yes bakeries rely heavily on their local butcher for quality meats. Ethan is not shy and loves promoting all things great. Like the sausage roll challenge. We need YOU to be the judge so register now or at the door for the Baking Trade Show June 16-18 at the Gold Coast Turf Club. Bring your best taste buds!!

We’re working hard to keep the lines moving as quick as we can this long weekend, and getting everyone back on the road with something tasty and warm in hand asap.

This weekend is one of those weekends where the counter doesn’t really stop, and most times of the day the lines are long!

But, that's what we are here for! We love seeing so many familiar and new faces come through our place and helping you take a well earned break on your way to and from your travels.
