Exercising in warm water is one of the most comfortable and effective ways that a person with arthritis can exercise. The buoyancy of the water supports the body, taking the weight off inflamed and painful joints. The warmth of the water helps tight joints to loosen up and relax, easing soreness and soothing pain.
We have limited positions available in our Glenorchy & Howrah classes. You can find more information and register by clicking on the link below. Alternately if you would like to chat or need help registering please call 62284824.

Excited to share that the Australian Government has today announced a $100m million research Mission for arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions - the biggest standalone Federal investment in arthritis research in Australia's history. This is a groundbreaking step forward and gives hope to all those Australians living with arthritis for a more positive future. Congratulations to Louise Hardy and the Arthritis Australia Board for your collective leadership and advocacy efforts.

HISTORIC NEWS for the arthritis community.

The Australian Government has just announced a $100m million research Mission for arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions - the biggest standalone Federal investment in arthritis research in Australia's history.

If you live with arthritis, if you care for someone who does, if you've ever sat in a waiting room wondering when things would get better - this announcement is for you 💙

Nearly 7 million Australians live with these conditions every single day. This Mission will fund the research breakthroughs that can change that - earlier diagnosis, better treatments, and the real hope of cures.

This didn't happen overnight. It took years of advocacy from people just like you - patients, carers, clinicians, and researchers who refused to let arthritis be overlooked.
