About Us:
Kennerley Children’s Homes is a not-for-profit, non-denominational organisation specialising in the provision of foster, kinship and respite care for children and young people who cannot live safely at home. Kennerley has been committed to delivering high-quality Out of Home Care services for over 150 years.

The Role:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Therapeutic Care Coordination team, working across our Family-Based Foster and Kinship Care Program and our Interstate Care Program.
The ideal applicant will have demonstrated skills and experience working within the Out of Home Care sector and a strong commitment to collaborative practice. Experience supporting, developing and mentoring carers in therapeutic and trauma-informed care will be highly regarded.
