Multicultural Music and Play Playgroup

19/10/2026

Dear playgroup families, my jury duty is ongoing this week and there is no option but to cancel Tuesday playgroup again. I will be back next week and am very sorry to miss another one but there is no one to take my place. Since the weather is so glorious I suggest you might want to get together at BENJAFIELD Park up the road again as we did a few weeks ago. I look forward to singing and playing with you all again next week. Catherine

Usually we meet through the school holidays but regrettably I am not around for the next two weeks, and that means playgroup will need to be cancelled. Back after the holidays. Sorry!

21/09/2026

Remember there is no playgroup at the MCOT Hub tomorrow (Tuesday 22) because the hall has been booked for another function. Instead we will meet at Benjafield Park just down the road in our playgroup time and have some outdoor games. Hope you can come along! From 10am.

14/09/2026

We meet as usual this Tuesday in the super MCOT centre in Hopkins St but NEXT WEEK September 22 the Hub is booked for another event so we will still get together, at BENJAFIELD PARK just down the road from 10 am and have an outdoor session. If the weather is no good I will post another option but hope to see you then! Catherine

Music is so important for babies AND their carers. It can change a mood or a morning. It can open the door to play, to dance, to all the range of human emotions and expressions. And did you know that it helps wire your baby’s brain to learn for life?
Music and rhythm set the foundation for learning language and learning to think, to strive, to try again.
Come and join us at Multicultural Music and Play every Tuesday morning at the MCOT Hub, 65 Hopkins St Moonah, $5 per family.
