Well we are on our way for our annual holiday. 🏄‍♀️ David and I that is.
Dont worry the Community op shop and Community Vehicle is in good hands. Thanks to an amazing group of volunteers and now we also have a volunteer Supervisor for the Community Op Shop only, Barbara Garner, please pop in and welcome her. Barbara and her husband are locals and bring to this community great business skills and a spirit of giving back and helping the community that they live in.
The Community Centre to me is so amazing, Thankyou Monto for all your support we just keep on growing which means that we are able to reach out and help make greater things happen in this wonderful region we live in.

Next first aid classes will be Monday 19th October 2026 at the MMOA building 17 Newton Street Monto 9.30am. Full Course $150 and CPR $70. See the ad below for further instructions.

It was so beneficial to play a part in the Careers Expo yesterday to share the benefits of volunteering to students from around the North Burnett. They were eager to listen and learn. Thanks to the Organisers and teachers

Thankyou everyone for your support and kind words in answer to Rod and Debbies review.
The Monto Driving Force vehicle is doing us proud we do have 8 very competent and confident long term volunteer drivers in our team at this time, which will guarantee that you will be surely looked after.

Rod and Debbie asked me to put their review on Facebook for everyone to see. Rod and Debbie were taken over to Bundaberg for a medical appointment yesterday in the new Monto Driving Force Vehicle. Well they came into my office this morning, so excited bursting with praise and the words they asked me to say was, "it was the first trip they have ever had to Bundaberg that was stress free, it was so lovely, no hassles and they had the greatest driver. A trip they Highly recommend and well worth the money spent.
