Scouts Victoria - State Youth Council The State Youth Council is a key body for youth involvement in decision making in Victorian Scouting

The SYC provides an important mechanism for youth involvement in the decision making processes of Scouting in Victoria and is consulted on a range of issues affecting young people in Scouting. The work of the SYC considers a range of topics and issues requested by various State Committees as well as investigation into matters identified by members of the SYC.
