You may already know that we need 5 serves of veg and 2 serves of fruit every day. But did you know diversity is just as important for our gut health? Aiming for 30 different plant foods every week has been shown to have long-term health benefits ๐Ÿ™Œ

30 may sound like a lot, but it's not just fruits and veggies that count - grains, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices and legumes are all plant foods too! So why not challenge yourself to eat 30 different plant foods next week! And as always, head to the Country Kitchens website for all of your fruit and veggie-packed recipe inspo! ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿซ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿซš
