🏕️ What a fantastic Scout Camp! 🌿
Our Scouts had a great weekend full of adventure, fun and new experiences. They enjoyed kayaking, swimming, hiking, cooking and camping, with plenty of opportunities to get outdoors and challenge themselves. 🛶🏊‍♂️🥾🍳
It was great to see the kids working so well as a team, supporting and encouraging each other along the way. 🙌
A big well done to all our Scouts for getting involved, giving things a go and making it such a great weekend! 👏⚜️

🌿🥾 EveningBushwalk!

Tonight our Scouts got out into the bush for an evening walk, enjoying the outdoors and keeping their eyes and ears open for wildlife along the way. 🦉🦎🌳
They’re also working towards their Bushwalking badges, building their skills and confidence while having a great time exploring the outdoors! 🌿👏

🔥🏕️ Camp Cooking at Scouts Tonight! 🏕️🔥
Tonight our Scouts got hands-on with camp cooking in the camp ovens! The kids did it all—from lighting the fire 🔥 to measuring and mixing the ingredients.
They cooked up some delicious damper and scones, served with plenty of cream and jam. 😋🍓
And to finish off the night, we enjoyed some very tasty Oreo s’mores! 🍪🔥
A great night of learning new skills, getting stuck in, and enjoying some delicious food together! 👏🏕️

Today we paused to remember the courage, sacrifice and service of all Australians and New Zealanders who have served our country.

Our Scouts marched in the ANZAC Day parade and presented wreaths in honour of those who have served , they stood proudly this morning showing respect and gratitude as we honoured those who came before us.

Cubs and Joeys created beautiful natural wreaths for the ANZAC parade this Saturday 🌿

A big thank you to Bindi for her amazing talent weaving of two stunning wreaths and to Eve for kindly donating another. We’re so lucky to have such a generous and creative community.

Thank you as well to all the parents who gave their time to help, and to those who picked or sourced the beautiful native foliage. The community spirit has been incredible ❤️
