There has been a strong response from umpires, and I look forward to working with the 10 umpires who have already expressed interest in assisting with the Singapore series at Vikings. This event will see U16 and U18 local teams compete against 2 visiting Singapore side, providing another strong development opportunity for umpires to gain experience in higher-tempo, international-style match play.
Northern Territory Championships โ Darwin June 19-21st
Western Australia will be represented by five umpires at the Northern Territory State Championships in Darwin with Dale Kaimoana, Tasma Sims, Rikaya Forster, Kyle Auhl, Lachlan Ellis.
This tour provides a valuable development opportunity, particularly for emerging umpires, offering exposure to interstate travel, tournament structure, and high-performance officiating environments. These experiences remain an important step in the pathway toward Nationals representation.
