Sudbury Community House

Sudbury Community House Sudbury house has been a part of the local community since 1986. We provide a range of services and facilities to support Mirrabooka and surrounds.

Sudbury House operates as a Community House and Childcare Centre. We receive annual funding to provide support to families. We are managed by an incorporated committee comprising of parents, other centre users and community services representatives who have an interest in the operations of the service. Sudbury House inc. reports to and is reviewed by the Department of Communities annually. This pr

ocess allows us to justify our funding and support our future direction. We also receive funding from Lotterywest to support our service delivery and to improve our resources and facilities. We also operate a 32 place Childcare centre. The Childcare centre is a non-funded, not for profit service. We rely solely on parent fees to operate this service. We are an informal drop in centre for information and tea and coffee. We are also a venue for playgroups, support groups, self development services and other groups. We have a function room and a creche available for hire. We also have coffee and tea making facilities as well as photocopying and fax available.
