Well… what a day ❤️

Our rough count for this year’s Biggest Morning Tea is sitting at around $4717 raised for the Cancer Council — and honestly, I’m blown away.

Thank you to everyone who came along, donated, dressed up, bought raffle tickets, sponsored prizes, helped set up, packed up, made food, laughed, played along with the nonsense, and helped turn a little community morning tea into something really special.

After a few years of running this event, it means a lot to see the support continue.

Also… if anyone managed to take photos during the day, I would LOVE to see them 😂

I was so busy facilitating, announcing races, drawing raffles, and generally running around that I barely took a single picture.

☕✨ Tomorrow's the day! ✨☕

The Biggest Morning Tea is happening tomorrow morning (21st May) at the Miriam Vale Community Hall — and everyone is welcome.

We’ve added a little touch of Roaring 20s speakeasy fun this year, so alongside plenty of tea, coffee and delicious food, there’ll also be:

🏁 The Smuggler’s Run
🎟 Bootlegger’s Draw
🪿 Golden Goose Club
🎁 Lucky Door Prize

Tickets available from 8am - $5 entry

Come along for a cuppa, a laugh, a bit of luck, and help support a really important cause 💛

And remember… the coast is clear, the coppers are distracted… 😄

We’re bringing a touch of the Roaring 20s to Miriam Vale for this year’s Biggest Morning Tea — with a morning full of good company, a little fun, and a few chances to try your luck.

It’s officially underway ☕💛

The bits and pieces for this year’s Miriam Vale Biggest Morning Tea have started arriving… which makes it all feel very real.

We’re looking forward to bringing it back to the Community Hall this year, with plenty of tea, treats, raffles and a bit of fun along the way.

Inspired by 1926, we’re stepping back in time to celebrate community, connection, and coming together for a cause close to many hearts.

Dress up is optional — think pearls, hats, suspenders, or simply bring yourself and enjoy a cuppa for a great cause.
