A massive thank you to everyone who came along, supported, and helped make this year’s event such a huge success! 🙌

While we were a little down on car numbers, the public turned up in force — and we’re thrilled to share that we hit record attendance with just over 10,000 people coming out to enjoy the day! 🤩

We can’t thank you all enough — from our amazing community, car owners, volunteers, and families, right through to our sponsors who make this possible year after year. Your support is what keeps this event alive and growing. ❤️

⚡ Beneficiary Spotlight: Queensland Remote Area Tracking (QRAT)

We’re proud to support Queensland Remote Area Tracking Incorporated (QRAT) as this year’s beneficiary!

🦸🏼 Who they are:

QRAT is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit search and rescue charity operating in remote and hazardous terrain across Queensland. They have two active groups—in Central Queensland (Mackay) and South East Queensland (Sunshine Coast)—staffed by highly trained professionals including many former defence personnel

🤔 Why they matter:

QRAT responds to missing persons and disaster situations, working with premier equipment such as drones, GPS mapping, personal locator beacons, and advanced tracking tools

They’re capable of fast, self‑sufficient deployment in extreme terrain, day or night, even without outside support for up to 72 hours at a time

Past activations include coordinated searches covering over 30 km in central Queensland, with their work bringing closure or rescue to families in crisis

🎗️ Why your support counts:
Training and equipping each QRAT volunteer costs over $4,000, and as an entirely volunteer organisation, donations make a direct, life-saving impact

🆕 A few updates for this year’s event:
🕑 New finish time – wrapping up at 2PM
🏆 Trophy presentations from 1:30PM
📸 Souvenir licence plates available – add one to your entry and take home a piece of the day!

💰 Entry Options:
