One Minto is a joint project with Landcom and Campbelltown City Council. To goal is "To provide a safe, vibrant sense of place and community in Minto, NSW 2566." One Minto is set to deliver around 1,200 quality homes to create a new family‐friendly community with six new parks, a new community centre, upgraded childcare facilities as well as landscaped streets and footpaths.
